You are correct... I went back and looked at the Grand Chapter and Grand Council web pages and they've updated the "Welcome" paragraph with the new Grand presiding officer names, but the pics are left from last year. My mistake- thought that since they'd updated the Welcome statement, the pic would be new too... probably time to upgrade my bifocals....
