Why is it so hard to get Masons to join the Commandery?
At least in my home state, the issue is not the name, as all of our Lodges work under the York Rite, the issue is often the cost of the personal regalia. The book is available on Amazon; you'll receive a link once you enroll. It was not available for Kindle when I bought it, but it has been a while.
