I am back in the USA for a short while. When I return to Afghanistan I can get you a flag or two. There is no billing address, flags are sent to you "on approval". You receive the flag(s) in the mail, and if you want them, send a payment to my wife. If you do not want them, just send them back, no charge.
Flags are sent to you AT MY COST. I usually lose a couple of dollars on each flag. I have lost about $300 on flags in the past 8 years, but I enjoy sending them anyway.
