Illustrious Sirs, it is an honor to announce that I was recently Elevated this past weekend at our Reunion, which took place in Jacksonville, Florida.

I know that my journey is just beginning, so...I'll definitely be posting and asking questions.

Feels good to be here!!

Thanks Bro. Robbins! I too am curious about a few of the (varying) nuances and elements of nomenclature.

At the Reunion, it was brought to my attention that PH does not have the KCCH degree...which I noticed that you are in possession of. Perhaps we can create a thread to discuss and help each other understand some of the minor differences.

Brother S. P. Brown, 32* - has a nice ring to it doesn't it, congratulations.......The Scottish Rite is the University of Freemasonry but it's there for the taking, and is rarely served up. Get involved right away, don't wait. Let me suggest that you contact your Director of Work and volunteer your services. I'm betting there is a part open in one of the degrees, if not ask if you can understudy one of the parts. I don't know the situation but if there is a stage crew, that's a lot of fun. Another neat job is sound and lighting. There is always something to do. If none of this appeals to you contact the general secretary and find out if you can help out on one of the Action Committees. There is a place where you are needed, find that place and dive in. But remember, you duties my Brother to your God, then your family, then to your Blue Lodge and to the Scottish Rite. Balance is the key, and in that order. Good Luck to you Brother, I know you'll do well.
