I hate that this is news and that we are excited, because it should be a non-issue. However I too am happy that we seem to be moving in the right direction so many places around the country on this front.

You might not be familiar with Victor Marshall and Gate City Lodge in Georgia. He was the first Black freemason in Georgia or one of the first. Some of them are from his lodge.

There are a few Black members in the Grand Lodge of Alabama but they moved there. This was first Black man that was initiated, passed, and raised in their grand lodge.

Congratulations and Welcome Brother . My Lodge has always had brothers of different colours, religions and creeds. It only makes the craft stronger.
