I can suggest that you look on Indeed.com, enter what position you are seeking. I have noticed quite a few positions in western PA, many connected with oil & gas industry work going on in this regional area.
If you hold a union book of any kind, there are a number of pipeline projects slated for this year and several of those have already started.
