Installed as Junior Warden yesterday

Seems as I'm close to the last person to be installed for the ensuing 2018 masonic year.



It happened a year or two earlier than expected, but I'm ready for the position. It was a great installation. We had to bring in every last chair to sit everyone. We even dragged in the benches from the prep room and outer room to accommodate everyone!

I will say it is very different looking down the line versus looking up it. I've already started my planning as best as I can. Any pointers from sitting and ex-wardens is welcome.

Congratulations brother. It is at this point in your journey that you start learning to lead. And to lead, you need to listen and learn. Plan now for your year. The time will come quicker than you expect it.

This is exactly the advice I was going to give. It'll fly by and your thoughts will quickly change from 'I'll get around to planning for that' to 'holy crap, I wish I would've planned for this'.
