Receive a warm and affectionate greeting.

Before starting the main topic, I take this writing to state that the topics and forums discussed on this site are exciting, allow free opinion and healthy debate, among other positive situations.

Beginning the main topic regarding the question of this forum. I am reading many books, among which some of metaphysical, esoteric or mystical content stand out.

Now I announce two books, for which I request your opinion, and I think it would be a good opportunity to start a good debate.

- The Mystic Kabbalah by Dion Fortune.
- Kabbalah Practice by Fabiana Kramarz.

I thank you in advance for your attention when reading this message.

Dion Fortune is highly regarded. She had a wide range of profound experiences. I have read much of her writings. In some ways her novels are more interesting (forward looking) although the writing style is not quite as transparent as I would like.

I have had a quick look at youtube with Fabiana Kramarz and he demonstrates my fundamental issue with the Kabbalah.

As you may know all systems of spiritual practice/science are embedded within (managed by) their over-lighting intelligent energy field. This means that the spiritual growth effectively occurs within a walled garden (pardes). It is valid growth but occurs within a set of rules and boundaries and within the purpose of the intelligent field.

In each planetary age some new energy fields will manifest and older fields decline. At present we can see radical social change occurring globally at that tells us that the next cycle is upon us. This cycle may be called the Age of Aquarius but that is only one of the new impulses from the temple in the heavens.

For those that have not finished the lessons of Pisces or Aries or even Gemini (twin pillars) then the Kabbalah may well be an appropriate pardes in which to learn.

Your comment is interesting, thank you for writing and participating in the forum.
I will take your recommendations into account. Greetings.

I think you will get some vague connections to Masonry. Fortune was a member of the Alpha et Omega, an offshoot of the Golden Dawn, which was created by Master Masons/Rosicrucians of the late 19th century. It's probably an interesting read but it may not clearly apply to Blue Lodge Freemasonry.

Hi, thanks for participating in this topic.

Yes sir, I know and have read about the origins of Dion Fortune. But I have always liked to read and know many subjects, I do not settle for the "truth" that is accepted by many because it has been historically taught, I like to look for or corroborate it.

My reasons for entering Masonry are directly related to its principles and I complement it with the desire to obtain "different" knowledge.

A great greeting and hug.
