I was raised in New Caney, Tx Sam B. Crawford Lodge #1418 but now have lived in Louisiana for most of my life and am a member of Rudolph krause lodge #433. Thank you for letting me fellowship here.

TinMan. My brother was a Past Master of Sam B. Crawford. My nephew was just raised there in May. I've attended five degree or stated meetings at Sam B. since February. I can tell you your home lodge is in great shape. They have a good mix in both age and profession. The lodge is involved in many efforts in the community. They are most friendly. I have not been in the lodge when they were less than 25 present. I have counted 35-plus seats filled. It is truly a strong lodge.

Where are you located in Louisiana? I grew up in Lake Charles, but moved to Houston three years after getting out of college and have been here since. I do go home as often as possible. There is a long history of masonry in my family in Louisiana. Seven unbroken generations on my fathe's side. My mother's people had masonry aplenty from three of her four sir names.
