Whilst we are in total agreement that we shouldn’t judge the whole of masonry because of one bigoted wm; it does not stop others from judging our institution as such. Let’s say just in Texas alone this makes the GLoT look like the religious arm of the KKK. (If it does not distance itself from...
I need to know about that lodge so as to make sure I never to go there, oh wait that was said in our lodge and we drove the bigot out of the temple.:glare:
Hum; not that I need “program” to introduce me to Masonic history…
The name "York Rite" is an inexcusable blunder; at least an unfortunate mistake. There never was a York Rite. It is unnecessary to enter upon any discussion as to the claims of the York Grand Lodge or a York system of...
Please keep in mind, "your actual mileage may vary", that is to say I’m not disparaging the institution, some individuals experiences are quite different than others. While some may have just a local view of our institution there are others that have been “off the farm†so to speak. My...

I have to agree; keeping our obligation is our bond. I was just pointing out the facts. It's is in the same vain as the very subject of this thread. "It is what it is", whether we want to acknowledge these facts or not. Denial is not only a river in Egypt!
Although I wouldn't publicly acknowledge it; they ain't secret anymore either, as they are found in many publications and of course online. And don't be too surprised to find their modes of recognition are...
From another forum; in his own words...
Brethren,
Many thanks to everyone for their kind wishes.
Essentially, I have 50% sight loss in the right eye right now, and the disease is spreading to the left, as well. The event was immediate, with no warning.
My first guess was a...
