    Only if your grand lodge is in amity with Prince Hall California and Oregon. The PHA GLs are sovereign grand lodges, just like State GLs.

    Jurisdictions vary. Some, like Texas, have very regimented apron rules. Some, like Utah, have no rules. I would suggest you consult with your grand secretary. FWIW, some might think those pictured are grand Officer aprons.
