I was thinking the same thing. A non Mason replying to someone rejected from petitioning for their criminal record to encourage them to be an entrepreneur? Just odd.
I'm a member of a neighboring Lodge and have sat in this one many times. Wonderful group of Brothers there. I hope it was just a random act of violence or opportunistic and not directed at us.
I looked myself and now I am curious. It doesn't seem it is still a working Lodge but appears to have left almost a non existent footprint on the digital record.
Not every jurisdiction has the same workings and we don't even know what Grand Lodge you are in. This is something you should really be getting from your Lodge or District leadership.
