*Really* ! They stopped hard copy here, probably about 5 or 10 years ago. You had me worried, but no, we still have https://www.whitepages.com.au/ (Yellow pages were business listings... ) I just checked, our GL is in both.. Mind you, i get most of my numbers via websites..

English looks to be your second language, and the telephone directory is not a bad approach, but I am not sure you will finds lodges in Jordan if that's where you are from.

Is it in the same state ? Do you have your demit record ? That is going to help. Grand Lodges will usually have a copy of your Masonic Record, you can get it yourself, but it might just be worth picking up the phone can calling your Grand Lodge office, especially if you are looking to join in...

    Lodge Room Etiqutte

I was thinking about this. We really don't have a simple guide here. We give some written guidance to EAs and new MMs in our welcome packs, but nothing a general member can access. I've written articles on Masonic Etiquette and Masonic Manners before so I googled it. Lot's of results. I liked...

    Lodge Room Etiqutte

Hello Bro, Winter is correct, different places have different rules and customs. Here the etiquette is to address the WM on business of the Lodge as "The Second Time of Rising" unless responding to a motion or an agenda item elsewhere. The best thing to do is just ask the man who leads the...

Grand Master Morrow of Grand Lodge of Scotland Abruptly Resigns

Perhaps one should not comment.... This was the talk of the town in some circles where local Freemasons are or were members of lodges under Grand Lodge of Scotland. I was introduced to him briefly, maybe a month or so ago. Seemed pleasant. We had a MWGM resign. He had his turn extended to...

    New Companion

Congratulations Bro Companion ! (I assume that's what your are called in Chapter, it is what we are called here). I really must get a copy of the Holy Royal Arch workings for the USA. Have founds some online and found they are interesting but don't know how uniform they are. We have an English...

Endangered Masonic Halls: Author Will Moore To Speak in Indianapolis October 15

Thanks for these post. Great to see it this presentation on line. We, of course, have the same problem, but it has taken a real turn for the worse since our State Government in Victoria Australia started treating "single gendered" organizations differently for land tax. You can get an...

Masonic Convention - Melb 2024 (Australia)

Last year, United Grand Lodge Victoria held a Masonic Convention. It was a great success. We're doing it again this weekend and the two international guest speakers arrived Monday I believe: Bro Bob Cooper - Scotland Bro Mike Kearsley - England. They have been out to lodges already, and...
