Bro. Jerry, as a fitness professional, my suggestions are :
1. Find a friend/Brother to train with- it will keep you motivated.
2. Start slowly- 20 min. Per day is enough to start with.
3. Do body weight exercises.
4. Learn proper form and don't deviate unless you want to hurt your joints...
