as in subordinate Grand Lodges recognising other Grand Lodges that the VGLvD has not yet recognised.
Similarly, GLs that have been recognised by VGLvD will have to be recognised by subordinate GLs as well.
Correct. But still as I've said, technically, the VGLvD's Grand Master could override a subordinate Grand Master's direction. For example, in matters of Recognition, it's the VGLvD that sends and receives Recognition, this is not left to the subordinate Grand Lodges. Of course this is not done...
Teachnically, Yes. Case and point: the United Grand Lodges of Germany. It's made up of 5 independent Grand Lodges each headed by their own Grand Master. The VGLvD is headed by a National Grand Master.

Warm fraternal regards,

If you're ever in Sydney, we meet every the third Friday of the month but go dark on Dec and Jan.
We'll initiate a Professor and a Teacher in our next meeting in February.

Hi, Bro Purkaple. You can contact the PHA Grand Lodge of Missouri if they know of a Knights of Pythagoras Council near you. But since you're already of majority age, I don't think you can be a Knight anymore. Haha. Congratulations on your EA!
