I don't know the real answer. However, if forced to guess, I would say it sounds a lot like an endowment or lifetime membership.

I would consider going. I haven't been in the AASR for long. I don't know anything about the feast. I assume that a suit and tie are appropriate. I assume the SR hat is worn. What else? I'm interested but intimidated a little about going.
