Thank you for the replies. the secretary at my previous lodge sent whatever paperwork was necessary to one of the lodges here in Martinsburg. Being only an entered apprentice makes sense as why this may be so hard. I suppose I may have to petition and start over. again, thank you for the replies.- Justin K Fuller
