Just found out my grandpa was a Mason, among other frats like Moose, American Legion etc. Unfortunately I found out after he passed. Pity. I would have loved to go to lodge with him.
Couldn't agree more. I think each individual's personal relationship with the Great Architect is far more important than how often he attends church; to sit and listen to another man's own personal interpretation of God's divine will may not have any bearing on another's situation or...
I was under the impression the sign/grips and words were for lodge use only. And I don't think returning the sign while in a moving vehicle is a good idea for a number of reasons besides the Masonic ones
I would think so. I've never personally seen a degree done on anything except a Bible. And I completely agree. What makes our fraternity so great is that there IS such a diversity between personal beliefs/faith but yet we all still meet as Brothers
