Well, although most of us knew ahead of time, it was still a pleasant surprise to have the Grand Master, Most Worshipful Jerry Martin and Grand Chaplain, Right Worshipful Gary Mosmeyer of the Grand Lodge of Texas come share a meal and sit in lodge for our stated meeting this past Tuesday...
Feel lucky, Brother. My dad was a mason for 65 years when he passed away. I did not know it until years later. I have nothing to show...although one of my older (sibling) brothers has his bible. I feel my brother and I will be the last masons in our family.

I see from your info you are located in McAllen. There is a lodge there. I am sure if you stop by and ask, they will see to it you are well guided. YOU must ask to be a member, members will not seek you out to join. As the saying goes, 2B1ASK1.

Howdy from Texas,
First, what state are you in? Go online and find the Grand Lodge of your state...it should have a search engine for locating the lodge nearest you. Go to that lodge either on a stated meeting night, or (in the case of most lodges down here) on a practice night. Be sure to...
