AASR does not extend recognition to grand lodges.

And yet the SR jurisdictions in the US did blanket recognition for PHA - Every state that has local recognition gets recognized.

So there is recognition for who can petition or visit valleys, but none that interfere with the recognition process among GLs. The SR jurisdictions in the US are not GLs.

Thanks for the correction. Let me suggest this wasn't a recognition process, but an acknowledgement of the GL determination.
