I posted this in the Gen. discussion area but I think that was so wrong place. I'm trying to get some opinions so I'll repost it here.
I will go into the East next year and I am thinking about hosting a Masonic team BBQ cookoff. I used to compete and I thought that a cookoff would be a great to get some Texans and Cajuns together cook and have fun. And I think it would be a great way to raising money. What do ya'll think?

I think it would be a good deal. I believe we need to intermingle with one another in one form or another. Many masons love to cook they just don't have, " a good enough reason" to cook. So get them involved.
