Financial loans

Unless it is for education, a car, or a house, don’t.
I'd go further, unless you need the car for work or to survive, don't borrow for a car either unless you can write it off on tax and need it as a tool of trade.. (AND - have the income to defray that cost, or close to achieving it).

My suggestion would be to put yourself in a better position to make the purchases. It only takes a couple years to repair your credit. Plenty of helpful guides on how to get started. Just don't fall into the trap of paying for one of the scam services that promise better credit scores.

I would recommend you look at credit repair tips found in free online sources, and save up the money. It would take a significant income for a personal line sufficient to purchase a livable (by Western Standards) house in most countries, and empty land won’t provide you a house.

Well, its not easy, but hard work, Savings account in Home Savings and putting al you make in that account each month and keep looking for homes that the seller is willing to carry and second note and in three to six months you will find the right home and qualify for mortgage. Good Luck dear.

Having spent significant time working with financial institutions, I recommend steering clear of loans whenever possible. Instead, focus on enhancing your skills to align with market demands and generate income through strategic investments in yourself.
