I want to join the brotherhood in Kurdistan of you dont know where Kurdistan is its basically a independent region in iraq Kurdistan have its own border and military separate government and president it’s basically a country within iraq . So how can i join the brotherhood ?

The best of my knowledge, Freemasonry is still illegal there. You would have to move to a country like Lebanon to join Freemasonry.
