On mobile browser, the three dots at the top open up a menu and there is an option to add to home screen. That is what I use to access from an app type option.
There hasn't been an Android app in years and I'm unsure if it still has an Apple app.

On iPhone 16, tap the icon shown on the attached picture. You should see the option to bookmark the page you are looking at. If you swipe about you will also find the option to add it to your Home Screen.
