    Ok...i thought that was the curved sword(dont know the proper name of it)on top but the bottom looked like the double headed eagle

    The image is too pixelated to be certain but when I zoomed in the arc looks much more like a scimitar than like a quadrant. The blur below it could be either a sphinx or a double headed eagle but given the scimitar I'll go with a variation on a Shrine emblem surrounded by compasses.

    My home town is Beckley W.V. Little Jimmy Dickens grew up just a few miles away in Bolt, W.V.
