Greetings. I'm from Louisiana looking to petition a PH lodge near Scranton,Pa. I was going to petition a lodge in Baton Rouge with the help of a member their. But do to my job I have to travel and wouldn't be able to attend the meetings for membership. But I'm here in Pennsylvania close to Scranton for a year. So think this is a good spot to ask12b1. Any suggestions? Thanks
