It is. Outdoor degrees are awesome! Unfortunately we got rained out right towards the end. But with the full moon, storm clouds and lightning it was awesome. Once ur raised ill tell you where we got rained out at

Would definitely be something I'd be interested in participating in or at least witnessing.
Most definitely looking forward to finding out on the 21st!

I was just raised yesterday in an outdoor lodge put on by a few different lodges here in Montana. Very awesome experience.

As an example of the exact opposite of an 'open air' working, the Royal Arch Chapter here in St. John's annually works the Mark Degree in a disused iron ore mine on Bell Island, which is in the middle of Conception Bay. I mention this here as to me, as a member of a lodge under the GL of Scotland, the Mark is a craft (or blue lodge) degree - at least we work it as an extension of the Second Degree! Although I am not a member of the Royal Arch I have received my Mark in my mother lodge and am told I am welcome to attend their working of that degree at any time, although I have yet to take them up on it.

Buhravo MWPM Paul, now that is KEWL :)

Sitting with brothers, I heard that in May, the current RMWGM of California, Russ Charvonia (absolutely GREAT guy!) took a delegation to Israel on his international trip. . .where they witnessed an EA degree done in a quarry. . . King Solomon's Quarry!

Awww, the mysteries and gorgeous symbols of our beloved craft!;)

    Travel Light, Brothers!
