About two months ago I bought a book called The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. I bought the paperback version, so my copy it consists of 300 fairly small pages. I just finished reading it for the fifth time last night.
I have used some of the stuff in it to change habits that I have had for decades. The insights are good. And he explains how Tony Dungy took the Colts from a last place team to the Superbowl by changing their habits. It is pretty fun reading, and if you are like me you might learn something about yourself.
