Upside down or Right side up?

I've noticed a difference from the northern States to the southern States on the pentagram.

The North shows it right side up while the south shows it inverted. I've heard that some believe the inverted pentagram to be evil.

What's you all's opinion on this?

Yeah it's only NY that is right-side up. Their state Grand Chapter is seperate from U.S. Grand Chapter and all other states under it. (My wording may be off)

There is a view that God only looks from one direction - hence that some geometric forms can be viewed from an anti-God direction.
