Hello Brothers...
I just returned from a Lodge of Sorrow. He laid down his working tools July 10.
I consider him one of the brothers who are instrumental in me being accepted as a brother
Mason at my lodge. He was one of two brothers on the investigating committee when I first met him.
He will missed......

I went thru something very similar recently. This brother was on my Investigating Committee, was instrumental in making me want to LEARN my proficiencies (not just memorize words) and was the man that raised me to a Master Mason. I later found out I was the last person he conferred a degree upon, and he felt I should be the new JD...the position I have humbly accepted, worked to prepare myself for and will be installed on the 20th. I just hope I can do justice to the confidence and faith he had in me....

I had the same question when I was asked to be the Tyler 2 weeks before I was raised. You just hope you do everything right and don't do anything to disgrace the WM. you just want to do everything perfect for them.
