Does the religion faith, you subscribe to, in it's "rules/laws/instructions", allow for tolerance and brotherhood with people from other religions? Just curious :)

A religion doesn't do anything in my estimation. Its is only a collection of ideas. How those ideas are applied depend on the individual members. It is why you find intolerance in Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, etc. and find tolerance them as well.

Agreed. It has all the world to do with the individual's world view. And ... where she / he found it.

Mine does. Many do, though it must be said that several of those also call for rather harsh treatment of those who believe differently, depending on which book/chapter/verse of their scripture you read.
Reason, on the other hand, not only allows such tolerance, but rather demands it.

Mine does and does not, at the same time. We Orthodox do a lot of that from the Western standpoint. We're not really big on following the hobgoblin of small minds. This is because our ultimate "Goal" is really much to big for a human mind to comprehend, so we sometimes have to accept apparent contradictions in an attempt to explain the inexplicable and understand the incomprehensible. The West, on the other hand, often preferred to make internal consistency the primary criterion. As we look at it, both East and West have some idea of the scale of God vs. humanity, but to illustrate that scale, the East makes God so "big" that we can't really contain Him, while the West prefers to make humanity so small that God can fit in a big enough box to keep the same rough scale.
