I have seen this question being answered before but I can't find the thread I was just curious if it is acceptable to put being a mason in the categories of group/activities, I'm trying to get a financial advisor position and I think that brotherhood group and community service aspect of masonry would be a great thing to put on it but I don't want to create issues

I don't have an MBA so when I apply for management and team lead slots I include what management courses I have completed - The formal leadership and management training by GL for deacons, wardens and masters. On LinkedIn the program is listed in my education section.

I don't include that bullet on resumes I use to apply for technical slots.

I remember the thread you are talking about it was full of good guidance. I would ask a moderator to maybe help you find it?
