What are some of the reasons you brothers have heard of why brothers demit out of the brotherhood

The few people I've seen demit and renounce have done so from lack of understanding of Masonic teachings, ritual, and grand lodge code.

One reason I've seen is political in-fighting.

The only repeating I reason remember is they were happy with their membership in a different fraternity. I've heard this on several demits and on a couple of guys who weren't interested enough to request a demit. The one off reasons tend to be strange when they happen.

I don't know if the statistics include demitting to another lodge or another jurisdiction.

Many demits and NPDs don't give a reason. Sometimes we can guess it's because they don't want to accept charity but it's only a guess.

We loose a couple each year it seems for Non Payment of Dues. However, the only 2 members in recent history in our Lodge that Demited, done so to avoid Masonic Charges.
