Hello I am a Past Master and been in the fraternity for 8 years. I have truly enjoyed the fraternity every second. I do have my issues with the appended bodies. I believe they are just extra organizations to belong to but the blue lodge is the most important. Some brothers that mean well and are good brothers don't see it that way. I don't know if it's how they feel or I'd they are just uneducated about this matter. Idk just my thoughts.

Even with me being in the York rite and shrine I must agree blue lodge is where it's at

Yes brother josh Home lodge means just that. Not that I have a problem with the other bodies.

I don't see any conflict between believing that Blue Lodge is most important and being actively involved in an appendant or concordant group. One needn't shun the Scottish or York Rite to prove one's loyalty to Blue Lodge.
