Ello, Wence came all of ye?!

My name is Senior Airman Joshua Magnus and I am currently a reservist at Seymour Johnson as 2W151-Aircraft Armament here in Goldsboro North Carolina. I have lived here for over 20 years and just bought my fisrt house down in Pikeville a few weeks ago. I am currently an EA at Lodge #753 in Carolina beach and am about to give my first caticism very soon. I was wondering if there was anyone I could talk to someone about helping me with a situation with my insurence. I got hit by another car a little bit ago and was wandering why it was that I had to pay in the end and was at fault. If you call me 9199880241 I can get into depth with this matter. Many Thanks bretherin.

Welcome to the forums!

Have you called your insurance company? I'm not sure what you're expecting unless you are looking for a brother that's an insurance expert.

The process of one insurance company billing the other is called subrugation. It's a ton of paperwork. As a result insurance company's would rather treat their own insured as at-fault and bill them for the deductible. Since most people don't know insurance they don't know how to insist that the other party was at fault, that the insurance company should subrugate, that they should get their deductible back. Insurance companies aren't interested in going after each other.

You need to stay after them. Make sure to include copies but not originals of the collision scene photos you took. Try to find some local in the business to learn the lingo - Ask your lodge secretary about that. Ask your lodge secretary who to ask for advice. There's much better response asking for advice than asking for help. You expect to do the leg work so what you want is advice about the lingo and the process of pushing your claim forward.

If you have specific questions you can PM me - my wife used to be in that field so she knows the lingo. Local inquiries will be faster if there is an insurance guy in your lodge.

Still flying F16s Falcon out of Johnson? Have some vinegar based BBQ and my memory will be vicarious sharing.
