Can someone explain the first three degrees for me, what they are and what title they give me?. So when I am initiated in June does that make me an entered apprentice? I'm just kind of confused about all this still

You will become an Entered Apprentice when you are initiated. The next degree is the Fellowcraft and then Master Mason. Still learning myself so someone else could better explain the rest.

The three degrees of Masonry are the Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft and Master Mason and are a series of initiations that teach specific lessons. Here in NY, after you take your first degree, you obtain the title of Brother which stays with you. You are known as an Entered Apprentice until you prove proficient in the work associated with that degree and advance to Fellowcraft. Likewise, you a re known as a fellowcraft until you prove proficient in that work and are advanced to the highest degree, Master Mason.

Now, you may be wondering why I started off by saying The three Degrees and not the first three degrees. That is because Master Mason is the highest degree that all Masons achieve and there are no higher degrees. I am a member of many of the appendant, or side bodies and can tell you that this is in deed fact. The in

Yes, you are initiated an Entered Apprentice and become a Brother to other masons. After whatever requirements of your jurisdiction deem, you are eligible to be passed and raised to Fellowcraft and Master Mason degrees, respectively.

Congratulations on the beginning of your journey. You will earn the title Brother once initiated in the Entered Apprentice degree. Once proficient with the memory work for that degree you will be advanced to the Fellow Craft degree. Upon proving proficiency in that degree you will be raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. At that point you'll earn the title Mason and be able to wear a ring and otherwise regale yourself and vehicle in Masonic icons.
None of that bling means a whole lot though.
It's nothing compared to what you'll learn. You'll be amazed at what your brothers do to help you in this journey. Listen to the lectures. At your EA you'll hear the apron lecture. It's probably my favorite. Talk to your mentor in the lodge. I'm sure they can suggest a book to help you with the memory work. My lodge uses Lester Looks to the East.
As Bro Book said you don't stop being EA when you're advanced to FC. It all builds on what you learned in the previous degree. Each lecture, every step, every word has a purpose.
I'll give you some advice...
Wait with patience ;)
