Has anyone seen this movie? There is one scene that caught my eye. When The Butler first meets his new boss they shake hands. For about two seconds there is this extreme close up of just their hands meeting. The grip they use is unique. I am wondering if anyone else has noticed this and what they thought about it.

Just out of a not determined curiosity I visited the IMDB page for the movie. Impressed with the all star cast, I'll try one day soon to see if I can find it somewhere to watch online. Especially to see Oprah land a smack in the face of that guy. However, while at the IMDB site I found the film 'Anachronisms'. No mention of the meeting but judging from the list, the film has no problem with the use of 'literary license'.

I'll watch for the meet and greet.

'Anachronisms', that is - a list of, not the name of some other film.

When it was first run there was discussion of the scene. I saw the movie at the cinema and didn't notice. The real life person the movie is based on was a PHA brother.

Saw the exact scene you were looking at brother. Defiantly a unique grip. SMIB
