KT, AASR, and some Craft lodges. Jurisdictions that allow it in Craft lodges often have specific rules regarding what it can contain.

I've been in one three times now, Scottish indeed. Dfreybur is right, they originate in France.

Definitely a Scottish Rite thing. My previous lodge was Co-Masonic and we used the Chamber of Reflection. I liked it. My current Lodge doesn't use one, but my manual does mention it. I plan on bringing it up at my next Lodge meeting to see if we can start using it.

I don't think that many bothers are aware that the first Grand Encampment was founded by a Grand Consistory. The Chamber of Reflection is of Scottish Rite origin as well as the KT. Not only are the KT degrees derived from the Scottish Rite, it's in some instances and expansion of it.
