Companions and Sir Knights of Pennsylvania

Last evening during our annual inspection, our Grand Commander was giving us a report on the status of the Commandery in Tennessee, with the usual facts and figures. He then started to read a letter from the Grand Commandery of Pennsylvania.

The REGC S.K. Ray K. Sheaffer was sending his fraternal greetings to the Grand Commandery of Tennessee at large. Then I hear;
"Grand Commander Sheaffer hereby acknowledges and accepts the appointment of S.K. Matthew John L as the Grand Representative of the Grand Commandery of Pennsylvania in or near the Grand Commandery of Tennessee."

I was totally taken by surprise and honored to accept this appointment. I received a wonderful letter from the Grand Recorder S.K. Douglas M. Rowe and a beautiful Patent of Representation from Grand Commander Sheaffer.

In my youth I spent every summer from 6 grade through my senior year at Strasburg, going to Lacrosse camps. Pennsylvania is a beautiful state and I am honored. Can't wait to start visiting,

Congratulations!

I will have to keep going on my York Rite journey and hope I run into you if you visit the Commonwealth!

Congrats. I'm the rep to N.C. in both the Chapter and Council. That's special to me because it's easy for me to visit in the Asheville area, and my wife and I have property on the coast.
