White apron advice

I was raised a few months ago. At lodge, I usually just use the white aprons we have stocked (we don’t wear our lambakin one after raising until passing to the celestial lodge). The problem is, they’re wearing down and we should probably replace them or invest in higher quality ones for public events. Can anyone recommend any canvas or fabric high quality, plain white aprons?

There are several reputable suppliers of Masonic regalia.

http://www.macoy.com/

https://www.jpluther.com/

Those are just a few off the top of my head that I have done business with. A quick Google search will likely get you many many more.

But if I may ask, why cloth? Where in our ritual does it refer to the symbolism of the canvas apron? I know a lot of lodges switched to these as a cost saving measure decades ago, but maybe this is a good opportunity to return to leather ones? Do a fundraiser to buy a nice set of proper lambskins and commit to maintaining them. Just my two cents, I hope the links I provided help.

I wear the one I was presented just as the lecture states.
The links above are all good sources for others.

In my travels I haven’t actually come access any cloth aprons in the Masonic context, if you are so inclined and it’s financially viable perhaps it would be worth checking in with the lodge to see if they would be open to getting lamb skin?
The reason I say that is that from what I hear the choice to use cloth was commonly a financial choice rather than a preference but YMMV.
