The top jewel is related to Royal Arch Chapter or "The Red" as it is colloquially known to Masons in my jurisdiction (Ireland).

Depends on there you are.. but I think you will find that is a Mark Jewel (Bro Massey, I assume you are not a MMM?)

Does the top one has a name on it, on the back ?
The second one seems to be just a cool pin, I don't suppose it has a date on the back ? Ahh.. I gonna say it... it's a very cool fellowcraft pin.

Both are definitely Masonic.

What country where they found in ?

I am indeed a MMM otherwise I couldn't join the chapter, our MMM lodge is part of the Chapter in Ireland.
Cooooolll.. A daily advancement for me !
Here in Victoria, that's a Mark Jewel. Our HRA Jewel has a hexalpha - I understand it's the same in England.. but understand the Chapter in Ireland is a "bit" different... I am going to PM you !

The first one is a Mark jewel. Lodges under the GL of Scotland can work the Mark as an extension of the 2nd or Fellowcraft Degree. My lodge will work it at our May meeting. We consider the Mark jewel a Craft Lodge Jewel and can wear it in Lodge.

The Mark is also worked in in Royal Arch Chapters here. They recognise our Scottish Lodge Mark, so a couple of years ago, even though I am not a Royal Arch Mason, I attended their version of the Mark. It was an interesting evening.
