Cajun spice encrusted pork loin on the spit.
About five years ago I got a Christmas gift from a neighbor and it was a six pack of old time bottles with bar-b-que seasoning in each one. I had used a couple but since a move last year could not find the rest. I finally did and saw that I had not used the cajun rub so I did. I don't know what the hell was in it but it was really good.
