Brothers,
If this needs to be moved to a different forum please do so.
I was approached the other day by a man that claimed that he was raised in a military lodge in Korea (PHA, Texas Jurisdiction.) But he never received any paperwork ("birth certificate" or dues card) he asked me if I could help him out. I asked him for the name of lodge, WM, date, anything that I could use to try to help, but.he couldn't remember anything. I called one of my cable-tows in Korea and he told me that the lodge that he MAY have been raised in was now closed. My question is who would/could I speak to to verify that this man is a brother and if proven to be get him the things that are owed to him.
