Pace yourself Ary! Remember, it's the journey that counts. Take the time to smell the roses in sections II and III. Lots of light to soak up along the way. I'd love to see another bright mason among us.

God speed ... jwhoff

Congratulations Brother. Ask questions, Learn all about the EA degree. Ask why and make sure you get a good answer. Ask several Brothers. Do no just memorize the work. Think about what you are saying. Learn the lessons. To turn in your work faster than anybody else. Does show that you have zeal for the institution. But the true rewards of Masonry come from education. Masonic light is Wisdom and Knowledge.YOU asked for light. Now go find it. But do not tamper with untempered mortar. Leave the FC and Masters alone until you are ready to move to the next level. I wish you all the best as you start your journey for Masonic LIGHT. May God bless you on your quest.

The longest journey starts with the 1st step. Congratulations, slow and steady wins the race. Remember that the Holy Bible, the Great Light in Masonry, says to "Study to show thyself approved". May your journey be interesting and fun, it can be if you make it so.

I suggest that you find out if a nearby lodge is holding an EA. Then go as a visitor, and observe from the "other side". It will help you understand the experience.
