I'm doing my EA proficiency in a few days...I'm a nervous, stressed, yet excited wreck lol! If it goes as planned, I'll pass a few days later with the FC ceremony.

I thought the memory work was gonna be the death of me (thanks for the tips to those that helped!) and it's only the 1st little step.

Be safe all!!

You will do well. Everyone is nervous about it. The good news is that EA is the hardest for most people. FC will take no time at all!

You'll do much better than you think. Just remember to take an occasional breath along the way. Remember, there's not a brother in the building who isn't happy it's not his can setting on the hot seat that evening.

Pick out something in the Lodge Room to focus your attention on. That way it will help seem like its just another get together with your instructor. I used to do that during Army promotion boards and found that it worked well during my proficiencies too. Good luck!

Good luck Ed. I'm also turning in my EA soon - this coming Monday in fact, with FC degree to follow the same night. I'm also pretty nervous about the examination, but I am confident in the work. If you're anything like me, you will do fine once you get over the initial jitters. (at least I hope I will)
