Absolutely 100% we will. Unless my gut feeling that good wins out in the end is just a fairy tale.

Yes.

Near future being 5 years or less, No.

Near future being 6 years or more, Yes.

I mean how long can this go on? Bro Patterson's speech about race and religon should ring true and applicable to Mainstream and Prince Hall as well as the individual man. (post#2 and #40 under Grand Lodge Resolutions)

They have it in Virginia. We can visit each other's lodges (with advance notice) and it is at the discretion of the masters. We just can't sit in on each other's degrees or discuss them. Baby steps but moving forward at least.

Current politics as they are in the recognition department, most likely not in the near future.

The Grand West just adopted a Fraternal Relations Committee report recommending that our GL talk to reps at the PHGL about this topic.

Am I missing something, or is that not a step in that direction?

It is, albeit a baby step. Intervisitation will happen because we're going to keep pushing until it does. To paraphrase Bill McDonald, "No wrong can stand up against a fellow that's in the right and keeps on a-comin'”
