Contention in the Lodge

Chalms

If I know there is a contention between two brothers in the lodge... better to go to each individually, or better to ask them to sit down with me? As an aside, these men are both in the craft a long time, much longer than me. Not sure if this makes a difference, but I am serving as Chaplin this year.

Thanks for the guidance.

i would try to go to each of the brothers individually. If you get them together in the same room, one might upset the other one and then you would have a real mess on your hands

I personally would approach each brother individually and weigh how to approach the problem afterwards.
