Masters Hat

Being only a couple years out, I have started thinking about this also. I was thinking that a three corner flop hat would be kinda Washington like.

I just thought bout this while driving the other day. What about a Cavalry Stetson? Ya'll think that it would be in bad taste to wear the Stetson with the yellow cord and the Cavalry insignia and crossed sabers? The hat itself fits within the rules of the hat for the master, just wondering if it would be in bad taste to have all the cavalry stuff on it or not.

I think I recognize a 1st Cav. patch on your shoulder, so I think a cavalry stetson would be appropriate for you.

But I'm not yet a mason, so don't take my word on it.

Bro. Lottman,

Are you looking for a fedora to wear as WM?

I can suggest two places:

1. The Hat Box in Austin, Texas

115 E 6th St # N
Austin, TX 78701
www.hatbox.com

2. Miller Hats in Houston,Texas
3219 Houston Avenue
Houston, TX 77009
Hours: Mon-Fri 10am–5:30pm; Sat 10am–5pm; Sun Closed
www.millerhats.com

I have spoken with the CEOof Hat Box in Austin and she is an awsome lady named Laura.

Also I have the name of a hatter out of Bestheda, Maryland that redid a fedora I got from a brother.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance. IM me and I'll give you my cell phone number if you want to talk more.

Best,
Bro. Jerry Johnston

Not a problem bro. Lottman! How's business? I finally bought a firearm! A real nice .22LR made by Phoenix Arms out of Ontario, CA with a ten shot clip that has an extension on the bottom for
My pinkie to rest. Now I just need a bigger gun for the range. Any suggestions as to what size and brand to mount a rifle scope on a mossberg .22 rifle?

Yuuup...Proud to have gotten to serve under 1st Cav. Even prouder to have gotten to be in the "Headhunter" Squadron, 1-9 Cav

When are you going to petition? I have seen you on here for a little bit now. Just debating on whether or not to petition, or waiting the results of the lodge voting?

And to keep myself on track with the thread, thanks for the support of using the Cavalry Stetson...lol

I'd be surprised to hear of you having any problems Citizen Maloney. Your ideals are very masonic. God bless.
