Seeking a Legal Eagle for a future civil lawsuit, in Texas (No Retainer $)

Greetings and Salutations Brethren,
I am in a predicament that will inevitably result in a civil lawsuit that I should file soon.
My instincts are to find the most eager and vicious attorney that I can to release onto my antagonists, but since I prefer to seek peace (and a settlement) first, I am hoping to find a Brother with a Law Degree to go with his three degrees (or more) to help me fight this battle.
The summary of the situation can be made brief and should take less than 30 minutes, but if there is going to be questions (which there should) asked which I would need to elaborate and explain, then perhaps a whole hour would be required to better understand the case.

Some of the specifics:
1. I currently reside in Flatonia, Fayette County, Texas (member of Flatonia Lodge #436)
2. All parties to the case reside and work in Fayette County.
3. I was placed on a 90 day Administrative Leave (unpaid) and have expended my resources (started May 16, position vacated on Sept 5)
4. There is another legal issue pending (county refuses to hold arraignment or dismiss)
5. Something needs to be done, but I can't afford to hire an attorney.
6. I'm running out of ideas

If you can help with a referral or if you are the right man for the job (did I mention no $?) please reply to this post or send me a message.
I will be anxiously checking in frequently to look for a lifeline.

Thanks,
Rich
