Fundraisers..?

What is the grand lodge law about Fundraisers..? How many can the lodge have in a year..?

I'm sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong but it's my understanding that a lodge can hold as many fundraisers a year as it wants. Raffles are the exception, I think state law only lets us hold two raffles a year here in Texas.
